How many people will be on the trip?
Intimate trips
We aim to keep the trips small and intimate so we can all get to create long-lasting friendships. 6 to 8 people max depending on the destination.
Flexible Payment Options?
Choose What Works for You
There are two options to pay for the trip. You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a £450 deposit and the rest in instalments that you are comfortable in running up to 60 days to the trip departure. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made after 60 days to the departure date. Payments can be done via direct bank or mobile transfers – transfer details will be sent upon booking.
Can couples/men join the travels?
A trip for all!
Yes couples and men are welcome to join unless it is stated as an all girls trip.
Is the day to day itinerary fixed?

The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with travel experts who are locals and with experience from our founders previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.

Who will I share a room with?
Rooms will be assigned on double occupancy. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom. If you wish to have a room on your own, a fee is applicable. Please let us know when making the booking.
How will I be assigned a roommate if I join the trip solo?
Our trips are all about creating a community of long lasting friendships. 6 weeks before the trip, we will create a whatsApp, Telegram or Facebook group where we can mingle and get to know each other and even find a roommate! Rooms will be shared on double occupancy with your travel partner/friend. If travelling alone, you will be paired randomly with another traveler. If you would wish to have your own room, let us know for a single room fee.
Who will be my travel host.
Our experienced travel hosts are experts in creating seamless, luxury travel experiences. They will introduce themselves and interact with you through our WhatsApp groups, ensuring you're well-informed and supported throughout your trip. From guiding you through destinations to curating exclusive experiences, your host will be with you every step of the way.
Is this trip refundable?
Due to the preparations involved, prepayments made with the service providers and this being a small group tour, there will be no refund of the deposit. If you cancel your trip, you are welcome to transfer the trip to another person who is interested or to email us to discuss the possibility of joining another trip. We can offer a refund, only if we can find a replacement for your slot. You are eligible for a FULL REFUND of anything above the deposit , if you cancel more than 60 days before the trip. If you are entitled to a refund, Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your request. You are also entitled to a FULL REFUND of and any payment made if your deposit payment was made to a waiting list and you never got a slot on the trip.
